There are going to be a lot of upcoming phones in 2015 but I am going to highlight two of the smartphones that has caught my attention, PuzzlePhone and Yotaphone 2.

Puzzlephone , a Project Ara which is initiated by Google in hope to produce an open hardware platform that could cater to 6 billion smartphones users. As the mobile platform advances too fast, the user might face some difficulty when upgrading their phone. Do they need to buy a new phone just to upgrade parts of the phone? If this is a success, it would totally change the future  direction of the production of mobile phones.

It has been announce in the most recent conference that this project will begin the pilot testing in Puerto Rico this year 2015. Google would only provide the frame that could fit in parts and pieces(modules) of the phones like camera, battery ,audio module and so on. The former could costs as little as $50 and more details could available later this year..

On the other hand,Yotaphone 2, an innovative phone that features the dual screen (EInk) that features a more elegant approach in design compared to the previous generation (Yotaphone). A lot of upgrades in terms of the processor, based on 4.4 KitKat , wireless charging support  and higher battery capacity . Please find the summary of the specs on the table below:-
